ELIGIBILITY

Membership is available to residents of The Branches and surrounding neighborhoods including Dunwoody West, Sedgefield, Bellewood, Alden Point, Mt Vernon Estates, and Dunwoody Station. See the map below to confirm your eligibility.

MEMBERSHIP DETAILS

Membership at The Branches is voluntary and includes access to the clubhouse and tennis pavilion (to reserve for personal events), swimming pool (swim & dive team for children), playground, tennis courts and ~20 social events throughout the year.  Social events in the past have included: fall festival/chili cook-off, holiday parties, Kentucky Derby/casino night, adult and kid pool parties over the summer and others sprinkled throughout.

Membership is non-transferable and is attached to the family and not the home.

FEES

• Initiation Fee: $3,600
• 2026 Annual Dues: $720
• Total due first year: $4,320

Initiation fees are a one-time, non-refundable cost. Annual dues are due by February 15. All fees are established and governed by the club’s Bylaws.

Once you become a member you can retain membership (as long as you maintain membership annually) even if you move out of The Branches.
